Dedicated to San Martino, bishop and confessor.

Few documents exist: the church was built between 1680 and 1690 on the ruins of the previous church. In 1686 it was surely consecrated.
The church in 32m long, 20m large and 20m tall; the bell tower is 42m tall.
The face is composed by two different styles. The central part is classical, high and slender, with two overlapping bodies divided with pilasters and ending with a gable. At the end of the XIX century the baroque building was mostly changed; in 1896 its sides were enlarged, compromising the lateral chapels.

Other changes occurred in 1759, 1884 and 1978. The portal is a precious baroque carving and it shows the dates 1699, 1845, 1995.
The contemporary bell tower rises slenderly beside the rectory. At the half of the XVIII century it had a clock. In the bell room a 1954 eight bells set takes place. Around the peak, there is a large balcony which view embraces the neighborhood, up to the Alps. The bell tower end with a cusp and a weathervane showing San Martino on his horse, offering his mantle to a poor.

Varcato il portone centrale si apre la nobile bellezza della navata mediana con un tripudio di doratura e di decorazioni, il coinvolgente cornicione, la cupola sovrastante il presbiterio e l'arco trionfale ornato da stemma. In controfacciata su una preesistente tribuna è collocato l'organo, opera di Vittorio Vittino di Centallo, installato nel 1884, di gusto romantico risorgimentale che consta di 1040 canne.

Dietro l'altare sorge uno straordinario ed artistico coro ligneo che a giudicare dalle molure e dalla patina sembrerebbe un'opera dell'inizio del settecento-barocchetto, proveniente da chissà quale altra chiesa e non coevo delle porte laterali,  recentemente restaurato.

Riteniamo, comunque, che le descrizioni non rendano sufficiente giustizia al valore architettonico di questa cattedrale; vi proponiamo quindi una fotogallery che consentirà di apprezzare al meglio i particolari dell'interno di questa magnifica chiesa.
